Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@khalandulla.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
