When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, in which case you will receive a full refund. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative.
We offer free standard shipping across the United Kingdom. Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 4–7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
We accept all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted, secure checkout. We never store your card details. Charges are made at the point of purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout. You must not misuse our services or submit fraudulent returns. By purchasing from Khalandulla you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
