Khalandulla reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, incorrect information, or unusual purchasing activity. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Payment must be made through the methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment details you have provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use them.
Orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. We dispatch all UK orders within 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
You have the right to return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, contact us at khalandulla@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Once a return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
